Corrected ratings are visible to everyone, while premium members can see the deeper analysis and sources behind them.
One shared family Shelf
Readers, settings, books, notes, and decisions now sync across up to six devices. Family members join with a QR code, no additional accounts needed, and everything is end-to-end encrypted.
That means the Shelf you build at the library shows up on the phone at home, and a note you leave for one reader is waiting when they open the app.

Recommendations now reflect each reader's flags, Shelf, and favorite books. Every suggestion comes with a verdict ready, so you're never guessing at a title you've never heard of.
The new Loved mark helps Shelf Checkout learn what truly connects with your child, so the next round of suggestions gets closer to the books they'll actually finish.
